Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Buyer Letter Of Intent for Property Lease and Future Property Purchase

I, [Buyer's Name__________________], residing at [Buyer's Address______________________________________________________________], hereby enter into this Buyer agreement with ghardhudho.com (Service Provider Company) for availing your services in the process of property lease and potential future property purchases.

1. Lease Commitment:
   As a Buyer, I acknowledge and commit to using the services of ghardhudho.com for the property lease process. I agree to pay the equivalent of 1 month rent as a service fee to ghardhudho.com upon successful completion of the lease agreement.

2. Future Property Purchase:
   In the event that I decide to purchase any property in the future, I hereby appoint ghardhudho.com as my exclusive Buyer's agent for the said property purchase. I understand that ghardhudho.com will represent my interests and assist me in the purchase process.

3. Commission Agreement:
   As a Buyer, I further agree to pay ghardhudho.com a commission of 2% of the total purchase value of any property I buy in the future, wherein ghardhudho.com has played a direct role in identifying or facilitating the transaction.

4. Duration of Agreement:
   This Buyer Mandate agreement shall remain in effect for a period of 6 months, starting from the date of signing this agreement. It may be extended further by mutual consent in writing.

5. Confidentiality:
   I understand and agree that all information shared with ghardhudho.com during the property search, lease, or purchase process shall be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without my express written consent.

6. Governing Law:
   This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

7. Entire Agreement:
   This Buyer Mandate, along with any attached commitment letter or addendum, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.
