A Huge & Integrated Marketplace (Platform) of Property: - Here we provide a huge real estate marketplace to our all the visitors. A gentleman who want to buy property, want a rental property, sell property, rent on his property. It is an integrated platform of real estate where all listing are available. 

Here is services available for the seller i.e. builder and brokers of the property. 

1) Listing of Property: - Every seller or owner can list his/her property on this portal for the sale or for the rent. Here are many categories under the agricultural, residential, commercial and industrial properties. Further more feature and options available under these main categories to list your property. There is no upper limit in the number of property photos. Documents supported may be very in Adobe Reader (.pdf format), in Microsoft Word File (.doc format), in MS Excel format (.xls or .xlsx format) and in MS Power point presentation (.ppt format). Seller can associate (hyperlink) a Video file from you tube, upload Property Floor Plan, Location Map, Layout map, Master Plan, Price / payment Plan. Here he can associate or link property's Google map and Navigation to the property. He can also describe about property legality under the legal section. 

2) My Visitor List: - If any registered user views your property page you can view his / her details such as name, mobile number, email id, project name and date-time to be visited. 

3) Schedule a Visit: - If any user wants to visit your property he can ask you for a site visit & schedule a meeting for visit. His / her details and timing for site visit can be viewed by you. 

4) Enquiry Now: - If any user has an enquiry for any project or property, he/she can ask you for more details. You can see his/her enquiry with his/her personal contact info.

5) Call Now: - If any user wants to talk with the seller of property, he can directly call from this button to the seller contact number. 

6) 100% Verified Lead: - We at Ghar dhudho provide 100% verified business leads to our clients i.e. builder and brokers. We provide lead matching to seller property location, property type and their budget. Number of 100% verified lead depends upon the package purchased for duration.

The main benefits of our lead are-

a) We provide lead through the teli calling process and filtering leads more than 4-5 times.

b) Many users will never use internet, email id, social media or any smart phone. Our lead is generated by the process of teli calling. Due to this reason many of our lead are totally unique and will not present on internet, social media, search engine etc. which cannot be provide by other companies.

The maximum number of daily Bulk-SMS per day will be depending on the package purchased for duration. At every night after 12.00 pm your daily SMS will renew for the next day. User have the option to write a SMS, copy & paste mobile numbers or uploads excel sheet (.xls or .xlsx or .csv file format) on the portal and make a specific group.

8) Daily E-mail:- We provide Bulk E-mail services to our client according to his/her package and duration (validity). We provide all E-Mail in a single click. The maximum number of daily Bulk E-Mail per day will be depending on the package purchased for duration. At every night after 12.00 pm your daily Bulk E-Mail will renew for the next day. User have the option to write an E-Mail, copy & paste email id or uploads excel sheet (.xls or .xlsx or .csv file format) on the portal and make a specific group.
