 Process Cycle -

• The process begins with proper cleaning of wheat grains, which are hand picked by our experts to ensure complete nutrition, by the state of the art machinery followed by grinding of wheat by the stone the traditional method of ancient times which now is also being adopted by the European culture.
• The stone grinding keeps the wheat cool throughout the process and avoids overheating & dehydration, retaining the nutrients and the wheat germ, this allows our unique & natural sourdough starter to slowly ferment over 8-10 hours. The dough is allowed to rise slowly in order for the beneficial lactobacilli (which aid digestion) to fully develop and the result is a unique, nutty flavor that can’t be obtained by any other process.
